In 2009 Andrea graduate from Utopia Academy of Massage Therapy, a well respected and rigorous 3000 hour RMT program. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Andrea worked as a first responder for 18 years.

 

Andrea’s approach incorporates various types of massage in order to tailor the appropriate treatment to each client. Her chosen techniques may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, Swedish and stretching. She not only utilizes her skills to help alleviate pain and improve overall function but also educates her patients on their condition, and the importance of injury prevention.

 

Andrea is a lifelong learner and has completed several courses related to massage, such as myofascial release, cupping, TMJ, MLD, pregnancy, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, postural alignment, remedial exercises
